Enhances adhesion of cyanoacrylates to materials normally very difficult to bond successfully. Promotes bonding of polypropylene, polyethylene, thermoplastic, rubber and silicone. Fluoresent additive allows checking of application with a UV lamp. Bonds PTFE etc to each other or other substrates.
