A labour saving power tool if ever there was one. Rather like a kettle with a hand piece that you can move around over the wallpaper. The tank is filled with approximately half a gallon of water, the water heated with a powerful 2000 watt element and the resulting steam diverted down a three metre hose onto a stripping pad.
