Very many thanks for the terrific service which I have received from your company, the replacement burner head arrived safely this morning intact !
The original problem stems from the manufacturers not enclosing the gas cartridge in a separate carboard sleeve within the box, as is done by Taymar. There was a dent and clear impression of the broken locking trigger in the side of the gas cartridge in the original manufacturers carton, as everthing rattles around inside. I would advise placing a piece of corrugated carboard or similar within the box to separate the cartridge from the burner to avoid this problem in the future.
I will certainly be dealing with your company again in the future.

Hello, my I take this opportunity to thank you for your service. I used your company, (via the web site), for the first time yesterday for a heated body warmer. I also ordered a battery charger and batteries as I thought I needed it for this item.
After finalising the order, the conformation came through within a minute, before I could open the email the phone rang. To my surprise it was one of your sales people bringing to my attention that I did not need the charger as the body warmer was complete and did I still need want it. I didn't and it was taken off of my order, (which I have just received).
I did not catch the chaps name, but he was very polite and efficient. This simple phone call has guaranteed that I will use you again and will recommend you to friends and colleagues. It's a shame that more British firms don't have this level of customer care.
