We ship small products like brushes and low value items (Under £30.00) by Royal Mail 1st class which with their new charges( Arpil 2007) we charge a fee of £5.00 for postage/packing & insurance. . For all other items including power tools, acro props and anything over 5kg in weight we again ship by carrier and the cost is £12.00.We use FEDEX and UPS as a general rule. Please note all items sent by carrier NEED to be signed for and will not be left without a signature. If this happens usually the carrier will attempt delivery again next day after leaving a card. Then if no delivery can be made the goods will be returned to the carrier's depot and we will inform you of the situation.
We do offer shipping direct to other addresses i.e. your works addresses when the need arises at no extra cost unlike our competitors.
Milwaukee V28 tools/kits (exc batteries &chargers) are all shipped UK mainland carriage paid.Sentri Boxes are shipped Free Of Charge, Van Vaults all have a fixed shipping charge of £12.00. items like Strongboys and props normally ship out at £12.00, but bear in mind the weight does get heavy if ordering quantities.Any questions please call us on 0116 283 4021 or Email us here
